Get More Direct Bookings with ... | ...Branding | ...Consumer Trust | ...Email Marketing | ...Local Collaborations | ...Price Management | ...Repeat Business | ...SEO | ...Social Media Engagement | and much more...
More Bookings Direct Conference is an event exclusively designed for professional short-term rental property managers striving to generate more guest bookings to supplement those achieved via OTAs (Online Travel Agents).
Many property managers love the big online travel agents like Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia for the immediate global exposure they offer to any short-term rental business. Millions of eyeballs and in many cases, lots of bookings.
That said, not every property manager wants to solely rely on OTAs for revenue.
Our conference is the only event of its kind to solely embrace property managers seeking alternative and achievable routes to new bookings.
A Unique Event
The More Bookings Direct Conference is different from others in the short-term rental industry calendar.
How to generate direct bookings. That's it. We will cover social media engagement, website content, SEO, branding, consumer trust, local collaboration and much more besides.
All attendees who purchase a ticket prior to November 30th will be asked to tell us what that they want to learn about. We will then ensure the most popular subject will be addressed by an expert speaker in an extended session.
We will also be conducting polls before and during the conference to properly engage with our delegates.
No Concurrent Presentations
Attendees will not have to choose from different concurring talks in different areas. All of our speakers will deliver their presentations in the main conference room.
We believe all of our presenters are experts in their field so we will not have one designated keynote speaker.
We have limited exhibitor numbers to just five relevant suppliers. More time for you to mix with industry experts and professional peers.
There will be a maximum of 100 attendees to create a more intimate occasion and make it easier for friendly networking and learning.
All attendees will receive free giveaways including ebooks, marketing templates and courses. More to be announced soon.
The Search for OTA Alternatives
This is not an anti-OTA event.
We all fully appreciate the incredible impact OTAs can have on our businesses and revenue streams.
However, relying solely on a few large booking platforms for the majority of revenue can be a risky business.
This is why many professional short-term rental managers are proactively looking elsewhere for supplementary guest bookings.
This event is about diversifying your routes to revenue, retaining a level control of your business and offering the best service to your guest. This is what is at the heart of the #bookdirect movement.
